Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your skylight in its original protective packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and installation manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Schedule Collection
Due to the fragile nature of glass products, we will arrange a specialized courier to collect the item from your property at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for any damage, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
